Ellen Pollack MSN, RN-BC
Ellen Pollack has worked at UCLA Health for over 20 years and developed the Nursing Informatics program 18 years ago. She has significant experience implementing clinical systems. Ellen served as the Deployment Director for UCLA Health’s Epic program which was implemented across the health system in March of 2013. Her areas of responsibility included organizational readiness, training of 18,000 users, developing and implementing a super user program, dress rehearsals, and command center planning. Ellen is currently the CNIO at UCLA Health and is responsible for the EHR clinical optimization program, the ambulatory adoption program, the information technology training team, application development, and the mHealth program.
