At UCLA Health, the Nursing Informatics team created an Artificial Intelligence Focus Group to engage nurses in shaping AI’s role in healthcare. This forum addresses opportunities and concerns, such as safety and ethics, by bringing together frontline nurses, leadership, and specialists to evaluate solutions and guide nursing-aligned strategies. By reviewing the implementation of the model and lessons learned, this webinar will explore the knowledge, skills, and framework necessary for nurses to effectively and responsibly champion AI innovation.
