Mila Joshi is chief nursing informatics officer for direct care and treatment within Minnesota Department of Human Services in State of Minnesota. She has been a nurse for more than 16 years in various health care settings and holds a Master of Science degree in nursing informatics from Capella University. She is certified in healthcare quality and management and holds a black belt in strategic process improvement. She describes herself as a lifelong learner and a passionate continuous improvement champion.
