Nursing Informatics’ Role in Establishing Strong Healthcare IT Governance

In this session, the presenters guide participants through high-level assessment of the current state and opportunities within their healthcare IT governance structure. The approach and considerations for developing and facilitating a sound IT governance design structure, methodology, process, and implementation from a project to the organizational level are discussed.
