Evidence-Based Practice for Leaders and Informatics Nurses

This learning activity discusses the differences, as well as the interconnections, of research, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice. The role of the nurse leader and informatics nurse are examined to shift the paradigm toward the adoption of evidence-based practice.
