Drive Growth with ED Telehealth Orchestration: Nursing Informatics Pearls

Healthcare challenges continue to abound with lack of hospital beds and overcrowding in emergency departments while addressing improving access to care, health equity, improving patient care outcomes, meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements while addressing expanding hospital services and maintaining operations and technology management through CQI. This webinar will focus on UMC El Paso’s journey to drive growth and improve patient care outcomes via telehealth services.

Learning Outcome
At the conclusion of this activity, the learner will be able to discuss the importance of integrated telehealth services with clinical and informatics engagement in reducing emergency department overcrowding, providing remote access to care and improving patient care efficiency in a southwest academic, safety-net hospital.
