Dr. Kelly Aldrich examines how nursing informaticists can lead innovation in the healthcare environment. She shares experiences from her own professional work and challenge attendees to think about ways they can innovate within their own roles. Discussion focuses on the strategic role of nursing informatics, how to foster and lead a culture of transformation as an informatics nurse, and nursing informatics-guided strategies for effectively integrating technology to elevate safe, patient-centered care.
