This workshop focuses on two different ways that artificial intelligence is impacting the changing landscape of nursing informatics. In part 1 of this workshop, "Advancing Project Management and Lean Six Sigma in Health Care Using Artificial Intelligence," participants explore how free artificial intelligence tools can be used to streamline project management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies in a fun, interactive manner. This portion of the workshop is designed for nursing informaticians working in hospitals, for vendors, or in professional venues. In part 2 of this workshop, "Think Like an Innovator: Building the Future of Health Care with Artificial Intelligence," we will focus on how over the last few years, artificial intelligence has exploded and has started to find its way into health care, offering innovative solutions to improve patient care, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making processes. This portion of the workshop is designed for healthcare professionals and nursing informatics specialists and aims to offer a comprehensive overview of the different types of artificial intelligence technologies that can be integrated into healthcare settings. The presentation also includes a hands-on session dedicated to generating innovative ideas and practical solutions.
