Deborah Maxwell BSN, RN-BC

Deborah Maxwell is an RN Clinical Analyst II for Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas. She is the primary analyst responsible for the workflow analysis, configuration, and support of both emergency departments within the Hendrick Health System. She develops tracking boards, physician and nursing documentation, as well as emergency care orders and order sets for a 35-bed ED and a 7-bed ED. Prior to this role, Deborah spent six years as a bedside emergency nurse.
