Darlene Dunn MSHI, BSN. RN, RHIA

Darlene Dunn is the PCC administrator for Beecan Health, a long-term care company based in Glendale, CA. She provides software support for 35 facilities across three states. She also is project manager for any additional software that touches the EHR (PCC) and provides ongoing education, both in group settings and one on one. She chairs Beecan Health's governance committee and is instrumental in implementing improved workflows. She provides education to help guide front-line staff in new and updated items in the EHR. She has been an RN for more than 30 years and has worked in acute, home health, and long-term care, giving her a wide breadth of experience. This experience helps her guide projects to address workflow and regulatory compliance. She obtained her MS degree in health informatics from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2018 and has been working exclusively in informatics since 2016. Darlene works closely with Pointclickcare and has been on a panel at their 2024 summit addressing change management techniques and has been asked to provide a webinar for other Pointclickcare customers on how to facilitate change to improve usage of the integrated medication management/pharmacy integration product.
