Lauren Adams Gray BSN, RN

Lauren Adams Gray has worked in informatics since 1997, with applications in training and education, quality and risk, research, design and build of systems, as well as her current work implementing Lean practices in healthcare. She has been part of the Lean promotion office since 2015 and is currently a value stream manager at the University of Kansas Health System, having worked in the inpatient, patient safety, ambulatory care, and cancer center value streams. She has achieved certification as a Lean leader. Lauren is a founding member and president of the Heart of America chapter of ANIA. Lauren has also presented at her local chapter, organization, and other regional and national venues. She received her BSN from the University of Kansas in 1996.
