The aggressive timeline for meeting Meaningful Use has forced many organizations to rapidly implement EHRs without taking the time to design systems that meet local workflow requirements. As a result, EHR benefits, such as workflow efficiencies and improved outcomes, may be compromised. This presentation covers proven strategies for optimizing EHRs.
