221 - "Who Ya Gonna Call? 33DOC": Hotline Support for Providers

This session discusses the implications of providing physician support for the implementation of CPOE so that initial and ongoing success promotes positive adaption. An explanation of the process involved in implementing a support team and phone line for CPOE and other electronic workflow changes are also shared.
