The Partnership for Health IT Safety is a multi-stakeholder collaborative that obtains information and input from the combined efforts of health information technology developers, Patient Safety Organizations, participant providers, and others in an effort to promote patient safety and quality, and enhance health IT innovation in a non-punitive environment for sharing and learning. This presentation is an overview of the Partnership for Health IT Safety and its impact on the future of health information technology.
