211 - Innovations to a Nursing Informatics Support Model

Nursing informaticists must be the architects of new support models that respond to the ever-changing needs of our healthcare environment. This presentation provides insight into the transformative process a nursing informatics services department in a large academic medical center used to create a successful model to better serve customers without increasing resources.
