Redefining Clinical Staff EMR Training Formats and Educational Support Strategies in a Post-COVID-19 Pandemic World: The New Normal This presentation focuses on how one organization transitioned in-person EHR training into virtual sessions and added a layer of remote clinical documentation support post-onboarding.
Leveraging Technology to Increase Efficiency in Blood Transfusions This presentation discusses an organization’s change management process through the use of an electronic communication order to decrease phone calls into the blood bank.
