This webinar will discuss advanced computational methods for workflow analysis using standard flowcharts and simulated computer modeling software. Computational modeling and simulation provide a dynamic representation of workflow that can assist in identifying process capacity, required resources, costs, and delays in a simulated environment. Examples include implementation of electronic health records, the introduction of new technology, and design of health care facilities.
