Use of Mobile Technology by Nursing in the Hospital Environment

This session discusses how nursing can respond to the ever-increasing demand for use of tablets and smart phones in the clinical setting and the implications for use. How nursing informaticists can impact the use and management of mobility, including everything from documentation in the EHR to use of secure messaging and communication, is addressed.
