The Strategy of Reducing Burden: Achieving Value Through Action

This presentation focuses on identifying the symptoms of ineffective foundational processes and downstream effects on clinical staff. Presenters share how health information technology can facilitate a reduction in burden by addressing principles of governance, leveraging data and analytics, and partnering with clinicians toward ongoing education efforts as a standard operating procedure. Presenters share best practices and recommendations from the field that can be operationalized to drive value.
