This workshop covers a prospective view of how IT can enable health care professionals, as well as consumers, to navigate the health care system of the future with a special view to national and international initiatives, roles, and competencies needed in the health care leader and worker of the 21st century; practice and technology polarities; social disruption; innovation; inter-professional practice; and education.
