Teaching Nurse Leaders Digital Literacy Skills

This presentation presents digital literacy skills that an informatics nurse can teach to nurse leaders, including use of social media, managing email and calendar to optimize communication, and Excel Pivot tables to measure outcomes against cost and quality.
