This presentation provides an overview of real-time nurse manager dashboards and how to incorporate standard work using lean methodology and process improvement. Using standard work, we can guide nurse managers to focus their time on the unit on a day-to-day basis using the metrics provided. These tools improve patient safety, care, and outcomes and easily provide nurse managers with the data they need so they don’t have to dive deep into the electronic medical record to find that information.
