Overview

Empowering leaders to test and utilize electronic medical record tools builds confidence and competence needed for an unexpectedly, lengthy downtime. Adult learners benefit from a multipronged approach, with varied learning modalities, promoting easy transfer knowledge into practice. This session provides insights into leader perceptions of downtime readiness and gains of intradepartmental training.
