121 - Addressing the Urgent Need to Close the Second Digital Divide: Strategies to Promote Digital Health Literacy and Equity

This presentation aims to highlight digital health equity as a growing concern, introduce strategies for empowering clinicians and patients to engage successfully with digital tools, and propose opportunities for informaticians to gather data on digital health literacy to improve clinical care.
