Susmit Pal is the healthcare technology director for Dell Technologies. He focuses on IT solutions to transform the clinical workforce, improve patient experience, and enable new care delivery models. He has over 16 years of experience in healthcare technology solutions that drive workforce transformation, connected health, security, and emerging areas such as AR/VR/XR. Susmit has an MBA degree from Purdue University, Indiana, and bachelor of science degree in computer science engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, India. He is also a certified cloud security professional (CCSP), driving greater awareness of the security challenges in the healthcare industry, particularly with Cloud and IoT.
