Saundra Boyd is the Clinical Integration Analyst Supervisor and Downtime Coordinator at Riverside University Health System – Medical Center in Riverside, California. She has been a registered nurse for thirty-five years specializing in Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care. For the past seven years she has been in various roles on the Informatics team. Even though NICU is her first love, she has found a new passion in Informatics nursing and has a commitment to ensure patient safety while using the electronic health record.
