Rachel Tshiamala MSN, RN, NI-BC

Rachel is currently a Nursing Informatics Specialist at Henry Ford Heath in Michigan, and has been a nurse for over 13 years. Rachel obtained her BSN from Michigan State University in 2012, and her MSN in Nursing Informatics from Vanderbilt Univiersty in 2017. Rachel's bedside nursing background is in the cardiothoracic and cardiovacular ICU at UPMC Prebsyterian and Henry Ford Hospital. Then in 2017, Rachel transitioned to Clinical Informatics at Henry Ford Health. Rachel has a passion for using technology to make the bedside nurses' everyday tasks easier and to advance the profession of nursing using technology.
