Lesley R. Kadlec MA, RHIA, CHDA

Lesley Kadlec serves as the Director of HIM Practice Excellence at AHIMA. In her role, Ms. Kadlec provides professional practice expertise on EHRs, data analytics, and multiple facets of HIM operations in hospitals and physician practices. She advocates on current and emerging issues that impact various facets of health information management.  Ms. Kadlec has more than 30 years of experience in HIM, working in various healthcare settings including physician practices and acute care hospitals.
