Kathy Smith is a registered nurse with experience in a variety of settings and is a seasoned clinical leader with experience in EHR implementation and adoption, content development, and system/process optimization. She has over five-years’ experience working with the electronic health record and has played key roles validating Meaningful Use reporting, lesson development, inpatient and ambulatory training, go-live support, workflow optimization, integrated test script development, decision support, and change management and knowledge management for clinical staff and physicians. Kathy currently works at HCA in ambulatory as a clinical application manager.
