Julie Rodgers DNP, RN, CNL

Julie Rodgers is the Nursing Director of Quality, Safety, and Evidence-Based Practice at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She began her nursing career in 2006 on the Progressive Care Unit and advanced into a management role in 2012. In 2016, she became Manager of Nursing Quality, where she spent five years overseeing nursing-sensitive indicators across the health system. During this time, Julie served on the Clinical Decision Support Stakeholder Group, sparking her interest in nursing informatics. In 2022, she transitioned into IT as a Clinical Informatics Consultant, collaborating with nursing and other departments to optimize workflows, documentation, and organizational processes. Her career reflects a deep commitment to advancing quality, safety, and evidence-based practice in healthcare.
