Jessica Serrao MS

Jessica Serrao works as a Data Scientist focusing on customer analytics and the use of real-world medical device data to improve remote monitoring technologies. She analyzes large datasets from monitoring systems to understand how alerts are generated, how clinicians respond to them, and how alerting strategies can be refined to better support care teams across health systems. Her work helps translate device data into practical insights that inform product improvements and help tailor alert configurations to customer needs and clinical workflows. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Health Data Science. Her previous research examined imaging trends in abdominal radiology and food security among adolescents.
