Dr. Jessica Fischer is a performance excellence manager at St. Joseph's Home Care in Syracuse, New York. Jessica has over 20 years of home care experience, including case manager, nurse coordinator, nurse manager, and interim director. She has worked in performance improvement for nearly ten years. Jessica received her master's degree in nursing informatics in 2015 from Excelsior College and her DNP degree from Capella University in 2019. Jessica is ANCC Board Certified in Nursing Informatics and is also a Certified OASIS specialist. She has presented at ANIA, both in poster and oral presentation formats and has volunteered as an abstract reviewer.
