Ian B. Kirit DNP, RN, CEN

Dr. Ian Kirit is a dedicated nurse with over 30 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing, critical care, and emergency department settings. He has held various leadership roles, demonstrating strong supervisory and mentoring skills. With a master's degree in nursing informatics and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Leadership and Innovation, Dr. Kirit combines clinical expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare technology. As an Informatics Nurse Specialist, he works to improve clinical documentation, streamline technology workflows, and enhance education and training. His contributions to nursing informatics have been recognized by the Philippine Nurses’ Association of New England (PNANE) and the New Hampshire Nurses’ Association/New Hampshire Magazine. Currently, Dr. Kirit serves as the Emergency Department Clinical Manager and Educator at New London Hospital in New Hampshire. He is a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) committed to advancing nursing practice through leadership, innovation, and education.
