Dr. Liz Pratt is the director of clinical effectiveness at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and interim director of clinical informatics for BJC HealthCare, East Region. She received her BSN and MSN degrees at St. Louis University and her DNP degree from Vanderbilt University. Liz has participated in and led informatics projects for over 15 years. In her current roles, Liz unites informatics and clinical strategic priorities to optimize technology workflows and reduce workload burden. She leads the annual downtime drill for Barnes-Jewish Hospital, a quaternary care center, and will be championing this drill across BJC East Region in 2025. Liz is known for her collaboration and enthusiasm for implementing best practices to enhance clinical outcomes.
