Dr. Cynthia Russell is a registered nurse with over 40 years of experience, the most recent 15 years focused on clinical informatics and project management in the role of an informatics nurse specialist. She is certificated in nursing informatics and evidence-based practice. Currently, Dr. Russell supports the Frederick Health Hospital nursing division in the integration of evidence-based practice tools into the electronic health record, leading project and innovation teams to review nursing workflow with the perspective of technology adoption that supports nursing practice.
