Ashley Freeman is a Informatics Nurse Manager at Mayo Clinic, where she previously led enterprise nursing transformation initiatives that connect bedside practice with technology. With over 18 years of experience in ambulatory care, inpatient care, and emergency department settings, Ashley Freeman is a board-certified informaticist and Mayo Clinic quality fellow. She is recognized for her leadership in driving innovative solutions that reduce burden, enhance patient engagement, and reimagine documentation. Passionate about change management, Ashley collaborates with patient care nurses, leadership, and vendor partners to deliver sustainable solutions. She also serves as an instructor of nursing at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
