Description

The Systems Engineering Initiative for Patient Safety 2.0 framework guides research involving a patient safety construct focused on unintended consequences of the electronic health record and nurses' cognitive load concepts. Theory analysis led to the SEIPS 2.0 framework adaptation to illustrate, define, and predict propositional relationships.
