Perceptions of Susceptibility for, and Seriousness of, a Chronic Condition Coupled with Perceptions of Ease of Use and Usefulness in the Intent to Use a Patient Portal: A Cross-Sectional Study
Intent to use a patient portal was significantly correlated with perceived susceptibility, seriousness, ease of use, and usefulness. These perceptions have been identified as possible predictors for use which have important implications to facilitate meaningful use of the patient portal.
