Sally Schlak has over 30 year of leadership experience in acute and rural primary care settings in nursing leadership and in informatics. Her background includes positions as Director of Nursing, Clinical IT Liaison Nurse, and Clinical Analyst/Team Leader. Sally has been involved with TIGER since 2009 on various projects in a volunteer capacity and currently serves as the Senior Director of the TIGER Initiative Foundation, a national nonprofit organization focused on advancing the integration of health informatics to transform practice, education, and consumer engagement.
