Tara Lott Stephens MSHI, BSN, CPHIMS, CCTC

Tara Lott Stephens serves as a Clinical Transformation Specialist for Trinity Health in Livonia, Michigan, while living in the state of New Jersey. She has worked in Healthcare for 26 years and has been a registered nurse for more than 13 years.  Her previous nursing experience included working in Rehabilitation Medicine, the Intensive Care Unit, and as a Certified Cardiac Transplant Coordinator. Her Informatics experience includes EMR implementations and optimization, serving as a project lead in system upgrades, validation and testing, order set development, Meaningful Use,  EPCS, and Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs integration. Tara is the only remote member of her team of 5 and has been in her current remote role for 3 years.
