Susan Friedrich is a Managing Director of John Snow, a public health management consulting and research organization dedicated to improving the health of under-served people and communities in the United States and around the globe. Ms. Friedrich has consulted with public and private health and social service organizations for over 30 years. Among her current projects, she serves as the Project Director for the HITEQ Center.
