Katie Taylor is the clinical informatics nurse at Catholic Health Services in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Katie acts as a partner for transformation and collaboration with the executive leadership in the organization. She is the lead driver for implementing strategic health informatics objectives and coordinates the design, development, evaluation, and support of clinical technology solutions used by all clinical staff. Katie has worked within the informatics space for 10 years. Katie earned her bachelor of science degree in biology and chemistry from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. She went on to complete her associate degree in nursing from Florida Career College and become licensed as a registered nurse. She obtained her master of science degree in nursing with a focus in informatics from Capella University. Katie was also one of the founding board members of the South Florida ANIA local chapter in 2018 and is currently the chapter president.
