Kathleen McDonough is the director, operations and logistics, at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey. She has worked in nursing informatics since 2006, has experience in a multi-hospital health system as well as single-hospital health system, and has served as director since 2012. She has held ANCC informatics nursing certification since 2010 and HIMSS CPHIMS certification since 2012. In her current role, she is responsible for the coordination of move planning to a new hospital facility and overall direction, implementation, and execution of new clinical workflows.
