Karmin Joy Enge MS, RN

Karmin Enge is a nurse who has been active in providing quality healthcare for over 24 years most currently as a nursing informatics specialist working at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, WI. She earned her bachelor’s degree in 1990 and her master’s degree in nursing in 2011, both from the University of Wisconsin Madison.  She began her career as a staff nurse at Marshfield Hospital in Wisconsin and went on to work in pediatrics at Denver Children’s Hospital. She then worked as a traveling nurse in several US locations before coming to the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. Karmin has held various roles throughout her career including staff nurse, care team leader, treatment center coordinator, program coordinator, and currently nursing informatics specialist. During her career she co-authored a publication titled Educational and Informational Needs of Practicing School Nurses: What Technology-Supported Resources Meet Their Needs?
