Daniel Sorbello is a program director in nursing informatics at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, a 2400+ bed hospital in New York, New York. In his current role, Daniel facilitates the implementation of bedside barcoding technologies and supports other clinical technology initiatives such as the development and implementation of pediatric chemotherapy CPOE. He earned a bachelor of science in nursing from Hunter College, a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University, and a master in public administration from New York University. Prior to joining New York-Presbyterian in 2005 as an RN in the coronary care unit, Daniel worked in IT consulting.
