Terri Gocsik is a nurse anesthetist and associate principal with Aspen Advisors, now part of The Chartis Group. She is a seasoned health care professional experienced in operational leadership, change management, process improvement and process redesign in multiple clinical areas. Enhancing care quality, the patient experience, operational effectiveness and patient safety remain at the forefront of the work that Terri has directed. Terri sees the clinician experience as the key driver to adoption.
Prior to joining Aspen Advisors as a consultant, Terri was an administrator for surgical services and anesthesia at St. John-Providence (Ascension) and Bon Secours Cottage Health Services (Michigan).
