Dr. Bob Dove is the founder and president of WD&E Consulting LLC. After spending 12 years as the vice president and lead consultant for Lyceum Group LLC, he founded WD &E Consulting LLC in March of 2009. He has consulted with educational institutions, community-based organizations, corporations, economic development groups, workforce investment boards, and government agencies in Pennsylvania, California, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, Ohio, Kansas and Iowa. He also mentors educational professionals who wish to enter the field of consulting.
Dr. Dove has a master’s degree in journalism from Penn State and a PhD in curriculum design from the University of Pittsburgh. He is also a visiting instructor for DeVry University of Pittsburgh and the Keller Graduate School, teaching business courses such as principles of management, human resource planning, strategic staffing, project management, training and development, and career development. He has been an academic administrator for 4 different private career schools and has over 14 years of experience in the field of workforce development consulting.
