Diann Martin is a nurse with an extensive background in both clinical practice and nursing/health science education. She has served as dean of several schools of nursing and health science where she was responsible for educating nurses and health care students in different levels of practice including associate degrees, bachelor’s degrees, and master’s degrees. She also worked as a consultant to assist health sciences and nursing programs with enhancing their curriculum and applying for program accreditation. She has been a faculty member and developer of 4 nursing informatics courses for BSN and MSN students. She is an author, poet, and speaker. Her clinical practice background has primarily been in home health and hospice administration. She is currently the president of her own nursing education company, RoadScholars/RN.
