Kim Bovard has been a registered nurse since 1991 and has worked med-surg, labor and delivery, nursing supervision, and clinical informatics. She is particularly obsessed with standardizing nursing terminology utilizing the Clinical Care Classification System at the hospital where she is employed. She enjoys troubleshooting issues and coming up with workable solutions that improve patient outcomes and decrease clinician workload.
