CDR Alicia Morton DNP, RN-BC, has been served in several roles at ONC since 2005. Presently, she is a senior advisor in the Office of Science and Technology. She previously worked as a nurse informaticist at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. CDR Morton holds her MS & DNP in Nursing Informatics from the University of Maryland Baltimore and received her BSN in Nursing from the University of Kentucky.
